Terms of Service (Beta)

1. Beta Service & Eligibility

The Service is currently in its Internal Beta phase. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We provide the Service for the purpose of testing and evaluation. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. AI Content & Disclaimer

The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate code, execute tasks, and provide information.

• Accuracy: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. We do not guarantee the correctness of any output.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs. You should not rely on the Service for critical tasks without independent human oversight.
• Assumption of Risk: Any use of the Service is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages resulting from errors in AI-generated code, commands, or data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

To protect our core technology and intellectual property, you agree NOT to:

• Packet Sniffing & Interception: Use any tools to intercept, scan, or monitor network communications between the Service and our servers.
• Prompt Extraction: Attempt to extract, leak, or reverse-engineer our proprietary system prompts, internal instructions, or agent logic.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Anoma application.
• Competitive Use: Use any information obtained during this Beta phase to build a competing product or service.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The Service, including its agent-tool interaction logic, sandbox architecture, UI design, and proprietary prompts, are the exclusive property of Anoma.
• Your Rights: You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated for you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide shall become our property without obligation to compensate you.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. Features available during Beta may change or be removed upon general availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anoma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
